Who we are

Made By Phunky Limited, trading as Wanta.dev, is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 14015127. Our registered office is C/O Aardvark Accounting, 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne, United Kingdom, BH21 7SB. Our VAT number is 463 8130 91.

Information we collect

• Contact details, correspondence and booking information, such as your name, business name, email address and anything you send us when you get in touch or book a call.
• Subscription, transaction, billing address and tax details needed to take payment and meet our accounting obligations.
• Project, codebase and service delivery information that you make available through your own tools, such as repositories, issue trackers and documentation.
• Basic technical, usage, analytics and error information processed through our Lovable hosting, such as page requests, approximate location, device or browser information and error reports.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store complete payment card details ourselves.

Why we use it and our lawful bases

• To provide and manage the service, respond to enquiries and deliver agreed work. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To run and improve our business, keep the site secure and reliable, and keep records of our dealings with clients. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in operating a sustainable and secure service.
• To meet accounting, tax and other legal duties. Lawful basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
• For any optional communications or non-essential technologies, where consent is required. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers who process personal data on our behalf or receive it as part of delivering the service:

• Stripe, for payments, subscriptions and related billing records.
• Calendly, for scheduling calls.
• Lovable, for hosting the website and basic project analytics.
• Email and productivity services used to correspond with you.
• Tools chosen by you as the client, such as GitHub, Linear, Jira or Notion, where work and communication take place.

We may also share information with our accountants or professional advisers, or where we are required to do so by law. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some of our providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards put in place by those providers, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or on UK adequacy arrangements where they apply.

How long we keep information

• Payment, billing and tax records are generally kept for up to six years, in line with UK accounting requirements.
• Enquiry and booking correspondence is generally kept for up to 24 months.
• Service delivery information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service.

We may keep information for longer where we need to for a legal claim or a legal obligation.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit and using reputable providers. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• ask us to delete information where there is no good reason for us to keep it
• ask us to restrict or object to how we use it
• ask us to transfer certain information to you or another provider
• withdraw consent where we rely on it

Cookies and analytics

This site uses essential technologies needed to serve pages, keep the site secure and support checkout, along with the basic project analytics provided by our Lovable hosting. If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar tracking in future, we will ask for your consent first.
